Epekto sa Kasanayan at Motibasyon ng Mag-Aaral sa Sulu State College Laboratory High School

Sinuri ng pag-aaral na ito ang mga epekto ng mga makabagong diskarte sa pagtuturo sa kakayahan at interes ng mga mag-aaral sa Sulu State College, Laboratory High School. Natuklasan ng pag-aaral ang saklaw ng epekto ng mga estratehiya ng guro, partisipasyon sa klase, proseso ng pagkatuto at motibasyon ng guro gayundin ang kaugnayan sa pagitan ng mga nabanggit na baryabol. Ang uri ng disenyo na inilapat sa pagsisiyasat ay isang descriptive correlational na disenyo na may kwantitabong pamamaraan. Ang mga mag-aaral na napili bilang respondente para sa pag-aaral na ito ay isang daang (100) mag-aaral sa ikapitong baitang, ika-walong baitang, baitang siyam at baitang 10, na pinili sa pamamagitan ng purposive sampling. Nakalap ang mga datos gamit ang esktrukturadong talatanungan at sinuri gamit ang mean, standard deviation at Pearson product-moment correlation. Ang mga resulta ay nagpakita na ang mga makabagong estratehiya sa pagtuturo ay may positibong impluwensya sa kakayahan at motibasyon ng mga mag-aaral. Sumang-ayon ang mga kalahok na ang paggamit ng mga makabagong pamamaraan ng pagtuturo ay epektibong nagpapataas ng kanilang partisipasyon, nagpabuti ng pag-unawa, at nagpasigla ng kanilang interes sa asignaturang Filipino. Bukod dito, ang mga resulta ay nagpakita ng mataas at makabuluhang ugnayan sa pagitan ng estratehiya, partisipasyon, pagkatuto, at pagganyak na nangangahulugan na sila ay magkakaugnay at kasabay nito ay tinutukoy nila ang kalidad ng pag-aaral ng mga kabataan. Ang pangkalahatang resulta ng pag-aaral ay sumusuporta sa kahalagahan ng paggamit ng mga makabagong estratehiya sa pagtuturo upang mapabuti ang mga kasanayan at motibasyon ng mga mag-aaral. Hinihikayat ang mga guro na patuloy na bumuo at gumamit ng mga makabagong pamamaraan upang mapabuti ang kalidad ng pagtuturo at pagkatuto sa Wikang Filipino.
